Not from a business school case study. From watching brilliant businesses bleed revenue every single day because nobody had ever connected the infrastructure underneath them. We saw real estate brokerages drowning in spreadsheets. Travel agencies manually copying data between systems at midnight. Law firms paying enterprise prices for software their teams didn’t know how to use. Marketing directors running campaigns that generated leads nobody followed up on fast enough to close. The problem was never the ambition. It was never the budget. It was always the architecture. So we built a studio to fix it. Jaime Nicole Conway is not a consultant who discovered AI last year. She is an operator, systems architect, and revenue builder who has spent 15 years at the intersection of business development, process design, and emerging technology — working inside and alongside enterprises across 17 industries. She built the JANICCO methodology by actually installing these systems — not theorizing about them. Every framework, every workflow, and every architecture inside JANICCO was earned through real engagements, real clients, and real results.
